Salon du Chocolat Dubai is returning to Dubai from 18-20 September 2024. Established in Paris in 1994, the Salon du Chocolat event is held annually across major cities in the world and has grown to become the benchmark for chocolate enthusiasts. As always, it will be a giant melting pot of professional chocolatiers, pastry chefs, renowned chocolate tasters, authors, food bloggers and chocolate lovers.
Spread over 1,000sq/m of space at the Madinat Arena, Madinat Jumeirah, Salon du Chocolat Dubai will showcase exhibitor stands from the confectionary and patisserie space, chocolate sampling stands and stalls as well as a number of shows, competitions, workshops and masterclasses with the crème de la crème of chocolatiers. The highlight of this year’s edition of Salon du Chocolat Dubai will be the Chocolate Fashion Show – where haute couture and chocolate come together to create mouthwatering designs. Don’t miss it.

Prepare for an extraordinary culinary experience as Dubai's talented chefs unite for Gault&Millau's inaugural Culinary Innovators showcase. This unique event, a first of its kind in the UAE, brings together 12 of Dubai's most acclaimed chefs for a spectacular three-night pop-up from 24-26 October at ICD Brookfield Place's The Space.
Featuring an impressive lineup of renowned chefs, including Grégoire Berger of Ossiano, Himanshu Saini of Trèsind Studio, Jason Atherton of Row on 45, Mohamad & Wassim Orfali of Orfali Bros. Bistro, Saverio Sbaragli of Al Muntaha, Kelvin Cheung of Jun's, Roberto Torre of L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon, Takashi Namekata & Hisao Ueda of TakaHisa, Ruben Guerrero of 99 Sushi Bar & Restaurant and Tom Allen of Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, this event promises to be one of the city's most memorable culinary experiences.
Guests will have the opportunity to savour an 11-course roaming tasting menu, where each chef will present a signature dish, showcasing their culinary vision and creativity. The evening will extend to the outdoor terrace, where guests can enjoy live jazz performances.
